1. Section Scope & Legal Intent

Codifies collective disciplinary procedures, strike escalation tiers, agency license revocation, and the migration of sub-merchants to platform direct oversight.

2. Mandatory Standards & Operating Requirements

All participants subject to this policy must strictly adhere to the following mandatory standards:

  • Agency infractions are evaluated on an institutional scale. Accumulation of 3 institutional strike points triggers license revocation.
  • Upon license revocation, all compliant sub-merchants are instantly unbundled and migrated to direct platform management without penalty.
  • Revoked agencies forfeit all future residual commission streams and remain liable for outstanding sub-merchant debts.

3. Explicit Prohibitions & Violation Triggers

The following actions constitute direct non-compliance and trigger automatic intervention by the Warning and Violation System:

  1. Attempting to poach or solicit merchants to exit the platform upon receiving an agency disciplinary notice.
  2. Sabotaging sub-merchant storefronts, inventories, or access credentials during a dispute with the platform.
  3. Re-incorporating under a new legal shell to bypass agency revocation.

4. Warning & Violation System Enforcement Matrix

Each violation under this section is mapped directly to the automated warning and sanction ladder:
