- Multi-Channel Alert Delivery: Choose to receive outage alerts via SMS, Email, Slack Webhook, or RSS feed.
- Component-Specific Subscriptions: Subscribe only to notifications affecting your utilized services (e.g. Developer API only).
- Instant Resolution Alerts: Receive automated notification the moment an incident transitions to 'Resolved'.
Operational Process & Execution Flow
Subscription Setup
Click 'Subscribe to Updates' on the public System Status Page.
Channel Configuration
Enter your engineering team email, SMS number, or corporate Slack webhook URL.
Subscription Confirmation
Click the confirmation link sent to your channel to activate live alerts.
Communication Pledge
During any service incident, status updates are published every 15 minutes until full normal operations are restored.
