- Severability Clause: If any clause is found invalid or unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in full legal force.

Waiver Agreement
Review the mutual class action waiver during initial account registration and terms acceptance.
Individual Redress
Utilize the individual arbitration and escrow mediation avenues for any transactional claims.
Survival of Terms
The class action waiver survives any termination of your account or cessation of platform use.
Enforceability
If the class action waiver is deemed unenforceable for a specific claim, that claim must proceed exclusively in court.
