1. Section Scope & Legal Intent
2. Mandatory Standards & Operating Requirements
All participants subject to this policy must strictly adhere to the following mandatory standards:
- Users agree that the platform Dispute Resolution framework provides full, fair, and adequate due process for all transaction grievances.
- Initiating an external chargeback, payment reversal, or PayPal/bank claim without prior exhaustion of platform dispute remedies is a material breach.
- In the event of an external chargeback, the user agrees to reimburse ePaisay for all associated payment processor dispute fees ($50 minimum per event).
3. Explicit Prohibitions & Violation Triggers
The following actions constitute direct non-compliance and trigger automatic intervention by the Warning and Violation System:
- Filing a bank chargeback after having lost a legitimate platform dispute adjudication.
- Initiating a fraudulent 'unauthorized transaction' claim after receiving tracked physical merchandise.
- Double-dipping: retaining a platform refund while simultaneously claiming an external bank chargeback.
